Grilling is particularly suitable for flat pieces of meat or fish.
Pre-heat oven for 3 minutes when grilling flat pieces of meat or fish by means
of fan operated cooking. Then insert food to be grilled according to the table.
Place a baking tray filled with 1-1.5 cm water on level 1.
CAUTION!
Steam will also escape when the door is opened

Defrosting
Oven functions: Defrost/Drying (Temperature setting 30°C)
Unwrap the food and place it on a plate on the oven shelf.
Do not cover with a plate or bowl, as these can substantially lengthen the de-
frosting time.
For defrosting, place the oven shelf in the 1st oven level from the bottom .
