27Operating the Oven
In the category OTHER RECIPES you will find the following menu options:

ipes.
MEMORY MENU
With this function you can save the optimum settings for your own recipes.
The first three “Personal Recipes” can be called up again directly in the Oven Functions
menu.
There are 10 memory positions available for recipes and 10 for recipes with pre-set meat
probe core temperatures.
Saving settings for “Personal Recipes”
To save settings for a known recipe
1. Select oven function and temperature.
2. If necessary, use the SELECTION button to change to the clock function
DURATION
and input the desired cooking time (see “Clock Functions” section)
or
use the SELECTION button to change to the MEATPROBE function and input the de-
sired core temperature (see ”MEATPROBE” section).
3. Using the OPTION button, change to the Options menu.
4. Using the OK button, select the
suggested menu option STORE MEMO-
RY.
The next free memory position is dis-
played.
5. Use the OK button, to select e. g.
MEMORY 1.
The first letter in the text line will flash.
CAKE MIX For baking ready-made cakes and cake mixes.
FROZEN PIZZA For baking ready-made meals such as pizza, lasagne, grat-
ins and chips from the deep freeze.
DRYING HERBS For drying fruit, herbs and mushrooms.
