35Operating the Oven

DURATION and END combined

3 DURATION and END can be used simultaneously, if the oven is to be switched on

and off automatically at a later time.

1. Select the oven function and temperature.

2. Using the DURATION function, set

the time that the dish needs to cook,

for example: 1 hour.

3. Using the END function, set the

time at which the dish should be ready,

for example: at 14:05.

PROGRAMMED is shown in the text

line.

The oven switches itself on automati-

cally at the time calculated,

for example: at 13:05.

When the set cooking time has elapsed,

an audible signal sounds for 2 minutes

and the oven switches itself off,

for example: at 14:05.

To change TIME OF DAY

3 The time can only be modified, if the child safety device is deactivated, neither of the

clock functions DURATION or END and no oven function is set.

1. Switch on the appliance using the ON/OFF button.
