General guideline: Pre-heat oven for 3 minutes when convection grilling flat pieces of
meat or fish. Then grill the food according to the chart. Insert a baking tray with 1-1.5cm
of water at level 1.
CAUTION!
Steam will also escape when the door is opened

Defrosting
Oven function: Defrosting/drying (at 30°C)
Unwrap the food and place it on a plate on the oven shelf.
Do not cover with a plate or bowl, as these can substantially lengthen the defrosting
time.
For defrosting, place the rack at the 1st oven level from the bottom .
