Normally pre-heat for about 3 minutes to cook flat pieces of meat and fish with the fan-
assisted grill. Then put the food to be grilled in as per the table. Put a baking tray with
about 1 - 1.5 cm of water on level 1.
CAUTION!
Hot steam will also escape when the door is opened.

Defrosting
Oven function: Defrosting/Drying (Temperature setting 30°C)
Unwrap the food and place it on a plate on the oven shelf.
Do not cover with a plate or bowl, as these can substantially lengthen the defrosting
time.
For defrosting, place the shelf in the 1st oven level from the bottom .
