What to do if
If you are unable to remedy the problem by following the above sugges-
tions, please contact your dealer or the Customer Care Department.
1 Warning! Repairs to the appliance are only to be carried out by qualified service
engineers. Considerable danger to the user may result from improper repairs.
3 If the appliance has been wrongly operated, the visit from the customer service
technician or dealer may not take place free of charge, even during the warranty
period.
3 Advice on cookers with metal fronts:
Because of the cold surface at the front of the cooker, opening the oven door
during (or just after) baking or roasting may cause the glass to steam up.

The oven is not heating up The oven is not switched on. Switch the oven on.
The clock has not been set. Set the clock.
The required settings have not
been set.
Check the settings.
The oven’s automatic cut-out
has been triggered.

The fuse in the house’s electrical
wiring (fuse box) has been
tripped.
Check the fuse. If the fuses trip
repeatedly, please call an au-
thorised electrician.
The oven lighting is not
operating.
The oven light bulb is faulty. Change the oven light bulb.
In the clock display there
appears a fault code that
is not listed above
Fault in the electronics Switch off the appliance via the
house fuse or the safety switch
in the fuse box and switch it on
again.
If displayed again, please contact
the Customer Care Department
