Drying

Oven function: Defrost/Drying

• Use with trays covered with greaseproof paper or baking parchment.

• You will get a better result if you turn the oven off after half the dry-

ing time, open the door and preferably leave the oven to cool down

overnight.

• After this finish drying the food to be dried.
