Core temperature sensor
Core temperature sensor measures the core temperature of the meat. When the meat is at
the set temperature, the appliance deactivates.
There are two temperatures to be set:
the oven temperature: refer to the table for roasting;
the core temperature: refer to the table for core temperature sensor;
Only use the core temperature sensor supplied or genuine replacement parts.
1. Set the oven function and the oven temperature.
2. Put the point of the core temperature
sensor (with the symbol
on the
handle) into the centre of the meat.
3. Put the core temperature sensor plug in
the socket on the front of the appliance.
The display shows core temperature
sensor symbol and default core temper-
ature. When you use the core tempera-
ture sensor for the first time, the display
shows 60°C as the default core temper-
ature.

The core temperature sensor must stay in the
meat and in the core temperature sensor
socket during the cooking process.
If you change the core temperature the new value will be saved and displayed during next
use of the core temperature sensor.
4. Use the control knob for temperature to change the temperature value for core tem-
perature sensor

or the settings save automatically after 10 seconds.
6. When the meat is at the set core temperature, the symbol for the core temperature
and core temperature sensor flash. An acoustic signal operates for two minutes.
Press any button to stop an acoustic signal.
7. Remove the core temperature sensor plug from the socket . Remove the meat from
the appliance.
