Method for the tomato sauce:
Mix onions, garlic, seasoning and herbs into the tomatoes and reduce the liquid, until a
thick sauce is produced. Leave to cool.
Ingredients for the topping:
600 g Pizza cheese (Feta), roughly crumbled, 150 g per pizza
Toppings 400 g:
Ham, salami, mushrooms, diced bacon, anchovies, 100 g per pizza
Preparation:
Divide the dough into 4 portions, shape into balls and roll them out using plenty of flour
into bases approx. 3-4 mm in thickness. Spread the bases with cold tomato sauce, leaving
about 1cm at the edge. Cover with the toppings you want and pizza cheese.
Bake in an oven pre-heated to 230°C

CHICKEN (roasted, serves 2-3)
Preparation:
Take the chicken out of the fridge 1 hour beforehand.
Ingredients:
1 chicken (1000 1200 g)
2 tbsp groundnut oil
Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and a little mustard
Method:
Clean and wash the chicken inside and out and dry with kitchen paper.
Mix the seasoning with the groundnut oil and use the mixture to coat the chicken evenly.
Preparation:
Put the grill shelf on a drip tray on level 1.
or
use a ceramic or roasting tin on the grill shelf.
Turn the chicken half way through.

P 7 ROAST CHICKEN

ROAST BEEF (serves 4-6)
Preparation:
Take meat out of the fridge 1 hour beforehand.
Ingredients:
Steak chunks 1000 g
Groundnut oil 30 g
Salt, pepper, paprika, spices
Method:
Wash the steak, dry with kitchen paper and season.
Heat the oil in the frying pan until lightly smoking.
Sear the steak on all sides (10 min.)
