Warranty

For each product we provide a two-year guarantee from the date of purchase or

delivery to the consumer (with a guarantee certificate, invoice or sales receipt

serving as proof). The guarantee covers the costs of materials, labour and travel.

The guarantee will lapse if the operating instructions and conditions of use are not

adhered to, if the product is incorrectly installed, or in the event of damage caused

by external influences, force majeure, intervention by third parties or the use of

non-genuine components.

Service

In the event of technical faults, please first check whether you can remedy the

problem yourself with the help of the operating instructions (section "What to do

if…")

If you were not able to remedy the problem yourself, please contact the Customer

Service Department or one of our service partners.

In order to be able to assist you quickly, we require the following information:

• Model description

• Product number (PNC)

• Serial number (S-No.) (for numbers, see rating plate)

•Type of fault

• Any error message displayed by the appliance
